Michelle will get you sweaty with HIIT workouts & picturesque runs on the beach whilst Lara will get you trimmed and sculpted with her signature burn, sculpt and Pilates sessions.

Kick start your workout routine with new challenges and food ideas whilst having fun and enjoying beautiful Split, Croatia.

We will be staying at the White Villa located by the coast of Podstrana, a stunning small town located 8km from Split. Podstrana is full of ancient villas and Renaissance palaces and is known for its culinary offer and beautiful beaches.

Our food menu for the duration of the retreat is planned to help you reduce inflammation, improve your metabolism and aid your natural detoxification process. The long weekend will include local & fresh produce that are both cleansing and nourishing in order to kick start your metabolism. Our food plan includes 3 meals, 2 snacks and a protein shake per day.

Day 1 - Thursday 4th October

  • Arrivals
  • Meet and greet 
  • 5pm – Welcome smoothies 
  • 6.30pm – Pilates  Alignment, posture and reduce tension to get your body ready for the weekend 
  • 15 mins Q&A
  • 8pm – Healthy balanced dinner

Day 2 - Friday 5th October

  • 7am – Fasted cardio/core session (45 min)
  • 8am – Breakfast
  • 11am – Burn re-sculpt 
  • 12.30 -2pm – Lunch 
  • 3pm – Activity
  • Tea and snack
  • 6pm-7pm – Resistance workout
  • 8pm – Dinner

Day 3 - Saturday 6th October
