1. I’m a beginner, and have never trained before - can I still workout with you?
Of course - this program is catered for all levels. There will be exercise variations - you’d be surprised what your body can achieve.
2. Is training virtually as effective as working face to face?
So far since the pandemic I have been working with many people virtually and through programs they have managed to see results just as fast.

I will advise you on what you’ll need. But generally a small space, a mat and water
3. How quickly can I lose weight?
That’s a big question and it depends on person to person but generally if you stick with my program you will see results within 3 weeks.
4. Do I need any equipment?
You can always add dumbbells or resistance bands if you have them but not essential as it will be challenging enough
5. Would you put me on a diet?
I will give you a weekly shopping list and meal choices so you have a variety. And hopefully something for everyone’s tastes.
6. How long are the fitness sessions and what methods do you use?
I’ll be sending you 4 workouts a week that you can schedule in your own time and each workout will be 30 minutes which means in total 2 hours of your 168 hour week - so no excuses!
7. How do you measure results?
I will ask you to take a before training picture and then one after the 3 week program
8. How will I receive these programs?
I will form a Whatsapp group and will send the weekly meal plans and daily workouts to this group so it is easy for you to access all the material. If you insist on being private I can send you this direct but the whole idea is motivating each other and sharing.
