FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. I’m a beginner, and have never trained before - can I still workout with you?
Of course - I have worked with everyone from newbies to athletes. The aim is to get you as fit as you can possibly be - you’d be surprised what your body can achieve.
2. Is training virtually as effective as working face to face?
So far since the pandemic I have been working with many people virtually and they have managed to see results just as fast. I will advise you on what you’ll need.

But generally a small space and a mat. Weights and resistance bands are a bonus for home use too.
3. How quickly can I lose weight?
That’s a big question and it depends on person to person but generally if you stick with my training sessions and make some nutrition and perhaps lifestyle changes you will see results within 6-8 weeks. It might even be sooner.
4. Can you help me build my body confidence?
Yes that goes without saying, once you start living a healthy lifestyle- the benefit are huge. Not only will you feel fitter and stronger physically but your mind and confidence will change dramatically.
5. Would you put me on a diet?
Ok - I don’t believe in fad diets at all. They are not sustainable in the long term. We will examine the way you currently eat and then make some changes that will make all the difference to your body goals. It’s all about balance and enjoying life.
6. How long are the fitness sessions and what methods do you use?
They each last an hour and I use different methods depending on your goals. They can include metabolic workouts to strength and power training.
7. How do you measure results?
I usually take a before and after picture for your reference, I also weigh you or take measurements.
